Welcome to Phase 1B of the COVID vaccine rollout.
These vaccinations are voluntary and free.

Please read this information and check your eligibility before proceeding to book your appointment

The Australian Government is responsible for the COVID-19 vaccine rollout and for providing Leeming Doctors with COVID-19 vaccine stock each week. At this time there is a shortage of vaccine stock which means eligible patients may not be able to book a vaccine immediately. We can assure you that there will be enough vaccines for everyone who wants one and anticipate supplies will improve in the months ahead.

Please note: The Department of Health has not released any information about when Phase 2A of COVID-19 vaccinations will commence. We will keep you updated as soon as we learn more.

Eligibility

You must meet the eligibility criteria for Phase 1B to receive your vaccine in this rollout, please check before making your appointment.

The main criteria are as follows;

People 70 years and over
Other health care workers not covered in phase 1A
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders over 55
Younger adults with an underlying medical conditions, including those with a disability
High-risk workers including defence, police, fire, emergency services and those working in meat processing

Appointments

The fastest and most reliable method to book your vaccine is to click on the appointments button below. This will ensure you are eligible plus secure both appointments required.

You will be guided through the consent process and prompted to book the two appointments 12 weeks apart to ensure you get the second dose of the vaccine in a timely manner so that you have the best protection.

Please be aware there is a very limited supply of the vaccines.

We can assure you that there will be enough vaccines for everyone who wants one but we need patience as we experience a high volume of demand for the vaccines.

Prepare for your vaccine

There is a limited supply of COVID-19 vaccines in Australia and globally. This means, people who have the highest risk of severe COVID-19 and/or exposure to the virus will receive the vaccine first.

Everyone will have the option to be vaccinated over time.

Please do not book or attend your vaccine;

If you are feeling unwell with fever, cough, runny nose or other symptoms that could be from COVID-19
If you are waiting for COVID-19 test results, or have tested positive for COVID-19
If you have had a COVID-19 infection in the last 6 months
If you are a close contact of someone with COVID-19, or you are in quarantine.
If you have had ANY another vaccine in the 14 days before your COVID-19 vaccine appointment, please let us know as we may need to reschedule your appointment.
